By rendering lawfare as a direct trigger for engagement of ships at sea through ship sabotage and other operations that can destroy the reputation of law firms and tie them to such actions by being the law firm that got a whaling ship sunk, for example. In this manner, AegirX and its partners can hold various tactics of the whalers at extreme risk, and thus future clients of those law firms, who are less likely to hire them if they are known to hold a case that is the cause of a ship sinking simply for filing a motion, for example.
AegirX can weaponize legal tactics back onto the attacker via a direct-action, rapid response, making it a risky gamble to even think about it. A court order can be delayed by days, and an engagement can occur in response until that order is retracted by the firm through an intensive direct action pressure across all fronts, including digital and investors, and T-5 Hellspike technology deployment.
Using specialized technology and extreme power generation, the Anti-Camera And Video Recording Technology (AC-VRT) system is capable of blinding and destroying the whalers optical cameras and audio systems through a charged plasma wave (and other trade secret technologies) directed at the camera operator via a non-lethal system. It is shot from the ship before it blasts the camera with so much noise and bright light at once that it fails to function, as shown below. It functions as both a deterrent weapon system and an actively deployed system to deter the recording of anti-whaling operations in this next-generation era.

AegirX is not owned by WDA, as WDA has a create, operate, and close down sequence every 3-5 years to destroy legal evidence or cases from being built against that agency. This means if they collect intelligence, WDA can simply destroy itself and spin up again under a new name, using our same technology, even if they anticipate legal action or AegirX predicts something in advance. Secure Login Portal
AegirX contains a security from first design approach, a zero trust login approach. It denies even developer tool access via google, including ctrl, shift I, f12 and other methods of gaining access are restricted and baked into the code design. An alert will appear instead of the developer screen.
Repeated attempts are logged into AegirX as a threat if too many failures or brute force attempts occur and the automated cyber defense will activate upon that user to deny access in a more persistent, proactive way, and the site contains specialized device fingerprinting technology.
Automated Legal Warfare Center
Any person with access to AegirX via an approved network of agencies or NGO’s that we have, can submit a lawsuit, that does not automatically generate it at a court level, it expedites the process from weeks, days or months, to minutes or seconds, with a single click of a button. It will reference existing laws, cases and other data, it will link those for verifications and it will submit all of these cases to a verified legal rep of the agency using our system.
That lawyer can then download the entire case file in in under 5 minutes, and have that uploaded to a court system in less than an hour. It will predict incoming legal threats, and suggest courses of action to take, from counter filing, to direct-action. It will comb through every database and online source of SLAPP suits, extraditions, and other cases, and rate those companies, persons, lawyers, and law firms with threat ratings, among other sensitive information.
AI Assist In Asset Deployment
Eco-Warfare AI 2.4 Model is the first-ever anti-whaling command and control support module in AegirX. You can ask it questions, ask for advice on engaging a ship, and even tell it to deploy a specific asset for engagement or recall it whenever. For example, you can coordinate 1,000 drones to take off at once through AegirX, and command them to perform Psyops operations at sea.
You can command them to block the harpoon line of sight via a new system, you can send them out on missions to locate active harpoon sounds from the explosive discharge, and even distressed whale calls from sonar, ship, and USV sensors (and future drone-based acoustic listening devices) that can be air deployed.

We built AegirX because of the continued harassment of Paul Watson and the anti-whaling movement, that we felt a system was needed to dominate this industry in every single domain, to make the cost of combating us so costly, the only choice is for them to cease operations. We built AegirX to be 10,000x times more powerful than existing methods today, such as Paul Watson’s outdated, but (of course still viable approach.)
The targeting of Paul Watson is seen as the Pearl Harbor to our leadership at AegirX (not affiliated with Paul Watson or SSCS) and must have a swift and capable counter-response to protect the movement as a whole and offer unmatched anti-whaling capabilities. We wanted a system that spoke to the whalers through alarm and concern on their end. AegirX does this with more than 33 modules that enable us to dominate. An operational warning that if they continue to harass this movement, they will awaken more of a beast than they ever want to deal with.
